The spacious bathroom is equipped with a programmable&nbsp;<strong>bidet toilet<\/strong>&nbsp;and one&nbsp;<strong>low-level shower with a rainfall showerhead.<\/strong>&nbsp;A dedicated&nbsp;<strong>washer-dryer<\/strong>&nbsp;is ready in the laundry room. We offer special rates for longer stays. This <strong>includes everything;<\/strong> there are no additional costs. A security deposit of three months' rent is due upon signing the rental agreement.
