We rent out two fully equipped apartments in Vienna's 18th district. The larger Apartment Flora measures 73 square metres and is ideal for two people. The smaller Apartment August measures 45 square metres and is perfect for one person with the occasional guest.
Whether it be for professional reasons or because your child in Vienna is starting their studies, be it for recreational purposes or because you want to enjoy Viennese culture several times a year. Or be it a mixture of all of those things. A second home in Vienna is always a good choice.
Our fully furnished apartments come with an all-inclusive rent that includes operating costs, electricity, heating/cooling, internet, and several streaming services (Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+). Legally let.
Both apartments have been renovated – as has the entire house – in the years 2025/2026 and are equipped with the latest technology (photovoltaics, heat pumps). The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating and –cooling , which makes the summer in Vienna not only bearable, but a pleasure. The city is empty, the flat is cool and there's always a spot on our sun deck.
Both apartments and the whole house feature fast internet. Multiple streaming services are included (Netflix, HBO max, Disney+). There are also numerous satellite channels without regional restrictions.
Haus Grundmann has stood in Vienna Währing, one of the most beautiful districts of the city, since 1863. Claudia and Peter Grundmann, the owners, are looking forward to welcoming you and live in the house themselves. The residents appreciate the peace and quiet and consideration for one another. They look out for each other, which is why the apartments are also suitable for young people who are new in Vienna.

The house's location is ideal, and the stops for several tram lines (9, 42) are just a few steps away. You can get to the centre in 12 minutes with the tram. The Westbahnhof is also easy to get to. The next Underground station is 5 minutes away by foot.
In the immediate vicinity, there are several supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, parks, sports facilities, and Vienna's largest hospital – actually everything you need for living and for enjoyment. There are also opportunities for fitness, as well as theatres, churches, several markets and numerous shopping streets.
The house has a quiet, leafy courtyard. A sun deck is available to tenants of the apartments during the warmer months.
