Apartment Flora is the larger of the two apartments and measures 73 square metres. It is perfect for two people or for one person who appreciates spacious accommodations or occasionally entertains guests.
The equipment includes a fitted kitchen with all kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, a microwave/convection oven and crockery. Also included is an Illy espresso machine including E.S.E. Bed linen and towels are available. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a programmable bidet toilet and one low-level shower with a rainfall showerhead. A dedicated washer-dryer is ready in the laundry room. The weekly cleaning of the apartment is included in the price.
Smart TV as well as fast internet, streaming service (Netflix, HBO Max, etc.) and hundreds of free-to-air satellite channels are also freely available without regional restrictions.

The price for Apartment Flora is €2,920 gross per month (€2,607.14 net). We offer special rates for longer stays. This includes everything; there are no additional costs. A security deposit of three months' rent is due upon signing the rental agreement. The minimum rental period is one month.
