The equipment includes a fitted kitchen with all kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, a microwave/convection oven and crockery. Also included is an Illy espresso machine including E.S.E. Bed linen and towels are available. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a programmable bidet toilet and one low-level shower with a rainfall showerhead. A dedicated washer-dryer is ready in the laundry room. The weekly cleaning of the apartment is included in the price.
Smart TV as well as fast internet, streaming service (Netflix, HBO Max, etc.) and hundreds of free-to-air satellite channels are also freely available without regional restrictions.
Apartment August: This apartment is dedicated to our great-great-uncle August. August Grundmann lived from 1884 to 1941. He was a Bohemian, lithographer, hypnotist, forger, inventor, writer and much more. August was a colourful figure with countless facets, both positive and negative.
